Pierre Deux to define colors, evaluate paper options, finalize initial design and create matrices for each location. To maximize budget, we suggested and initiated a monthly broadcast email program soliciting the stationery needs of each location. This allows us to group orders for more efficient print production.
THE RESULT
The Inkwell currently works directly with store managers, enabling the Pierre Deux marketing team to concentrate on growing its business. Stores never experience an insufficient stationery supply. Pierre Deux’s brand and style remain consistent. Budgets go further.
